Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Arrows - Puzzle Escape puzzle game ("the App") handles information. The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
1. Information stored on your device
Game progress and settings (such as your current level, sound and vibration preferences) are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to us and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
2. Game content, analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
The App downloads level data and app settings (such as the minimum supported version) from Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Remote Config). These requests do not include personal information about you.
To send game notifications (for example new levels or reminders), the App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging. It stores a push token for your device together with the random anonymous ID, your language setting, your current level and whether notifications are allowed. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (for example, which levels are started, completed or failed, and how often rewarded ads are watched), and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports (device model, Android version, app state and the error details). Both are linked to a random anonymous ID created on your device, not to your name, email or account. This data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve, measure and protect ads, Google may automatically collect and share:
- Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address
- App interactions, such as ad views and taps
- Diagnostics and crash information related to ad delivery
This data is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and is processed by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
4. Premium subscription (Google Play Billing & RevenueCat)
The App offers an optional Premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks extra perks. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never see or store your card details. To check whether your subscription is active, the App uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase history (product, purchase date, renewal status) and an anonymous app user ID. RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its Privacy Policy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the Google Play Store under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
5. Data security
Data sent by the App and its SDKs is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
6. Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Data deletion
We do not create accounts or store personal data on our own servers, so uninstalling the App removes all locally stored game data. For data collected by Google AdMob, you can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings or manage your data at Google Account – Data & privacy. To request deletion of subscription records held by RevenueCat, email us at the address below.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
