Delete your Nourix account

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Nourix and sign in
Go to Settings
Tap Delete account and confirm

This permanently deletes your account and associated app data stored under your user ID, including profile, meal logs, targets, coach history, and related records in our database.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email narenchoudhary5566@gmail.com from the same address you use in Nourix with the subject Delete my Nourix account.

We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account (email / sign-in)
Profile, goals, preferences
Meal logs, daily summaries, weight logs
Coach chat and AI insights tied to your account

What may be kept temporarily

Backup copies for up to 30 days (security / recovery)
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
Records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons
